Από τη Δευτέρα 31 Μαρτίου έως την Παρασκευή 4 Απριλίου 2025, το Καλλιτεχνικό Γυμνάσιο με Λ.Τ. Κοζάνης είχε την τιμή και την χαρά να φιλοξενήσει δύο εκπαιδευτικούς από την Κροατία, τις Andrea Pandurić (φιλόλογο γερμανικής γλώσσας και ιστορίας) και Adela Stilin (καθηγήτρια Πληροφορικής), στο πλαίσιο δραστηριότητας παρακολούθησης εργασίας (job shadowing), που υλοποιήθηκε μέσω του διαπιστευμένου σχεδίου Erasmus+ του σχολείου τους, το δημοτικό σχολείο Fran Koncelak στο Drnje της Κροατίας.
Η επίσκεψή τους είχε ως στόχο την επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη και επιμόρφωση τους μέσω της παρακολούθησης διδασκαλίας και παιδαγωγικών πρακτικών σε ένα δημόσιο ελληνικό καλλιτεχνικό σχολείο, καθώς και την ανταλλαγή εμπειριών και καλών πρακτικών με τους Έλληνες συναδέλφους τους.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της εβδομάδας, συμμετείχαν ενεργά σε μαθήματα θεωρητικά, καλλιτεχνικά και τεχνολογικά, παρακολούθησαν και συζήτησαν διδακτικές μεθοδολογίες, τρόπους αξιολόγησης, επίπεδα συμμετοχής των μαθητών και τη χρήση ψηφιακών εργαλείων στην εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία. Παράλληλα, ενημερώθηκαν για το ελληνικό εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα, τις καλλιτεχνικές ειδικότητες και τη χαρισματικών μαθητών στο σχολείο.
Job Shadowing Visit of Croatian Teachers at the Art School of Kozani
From Monday, March 31st to Friday, April 4th, 2025, the Art School of Kozani had the honor and pleasure of hosting two educators from Croatia, Ms. Andrea Pandurić (a philologist specializing in German language and history) and Ms. Adela Stilin ( a Computer Science teacher), within the framework of a job shadowing activity carried out through their school’s accredited Erasmus+ project. The visiting teachers represented Fran Koncelak Primary School in Drnje, Croatia.
The purpose of the visit was to support the teachers’ professional development and training through the observation of teaching practices and pedagogical approaches at a public Greek Art school, as well as to foster the exchange of experiences and best practices with their Greek counterparts.
During the week-long visit, the guests actively participated in a variety of theoretical, artistic, and technological classes. They observed and engaged in discussions on teaching methodologies, student assessment techniques, levels of student engagement, and the integration of digital tools in the learning process. Additionally, they were briefed on the Greek educational system, the structure of artistic specializations, and the support provided to gifted students at the school.
The visit was a meaningful experience of intercultural and professional exchange, contributing to the strengthening of European cooperation in education.
